Im in the same situation, i have a 3, it works fine im thinking i'll stick it out until 5 comes out

Save money for a Cintiq

I have an intuos 3. I like some of the features of the 4 but unless you really need to jump up in sizes, I don't think its worth the extra money.

I was actually considering getting one myself how ever I never used a tablet before so I do have some uncertainty wiether or not I should get one.

I agree with Sprite. Get a cintiq.

Unless you are in a digital media entertainment program/ company- i wouldn't even bother. The intuos 3 works wonderfully, and its not wise to spend so much money on something if its just a hobby.

And if you are working or studying under a digital media group, then i would go with McBooga there and get the Cintiq
